Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Care is tailored to each person, combining proven therapeutic approaches with genuine conversation, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of what may be keeping you stuck.

My Mission & Vision

My goal is to make high-quality, evidence-based therapy feel approachable, personal, and relevant to everyday life. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel understood, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Through compassionate, individualized care, I help people better understand themselves, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and build the confidence to move forward. My vision is to make therapy a proactive part of personal growth and well-being, not simply somewhere to turn when life becomes overwhelming.

I specialize in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, OCD, and life's harder chapters.

75%

of people who enter psychotherapy show some benefit, according to the American Psychiatric Association.

60%

average reduction in OCD symptoms with evidence-based exposure and response prevention (ERP), according to the International OCD Foundation.

31%

of U.S. adults experience an anxiety disorder at some point in their lives, according to the National Institute of Mental Health.

The work begins with being understood

I've always been curious about one simple question: why do capable, thoughtful people feel stuck? The more I learned, the more I realized that being truly heard is often where finding a way through begins.

My philosophy

Therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who genuinely gets it.

What I value

Honesty, warmth, and a willingness to sit with the hard stuff together.

How I work with you

Every Session Matters

No two people are the same. So no two treatments should be either.

There’s no cookie-cutter treatment plan here. What we focus on and how we move forward are shaped around your unique experiences, challenges, and goals, ensuring therapy is tailored specifically to you.
‍
‍

Individualized

I'm trained in CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), psychodynamic therapy, ACT, and DBT, so we have a range of well-researched tools to draw from as we work together.

‍

Evidence-based

No single approach works for everyone. I tailor the techniques we use to your unique personality, experiences, and goals, ensuring therapy feels relevant, effective, and aligned with what matters most to you.
‍

Integrative

Therapy works best as a partnership. We’ll work together to explore what resonates with you, build on your strengths, and find approaches that support meaningful progress toward your goals.
